Also:
1. never clone any Panasonic phone
2. if you want to replace FLASH IC then it is need to think twice before this operation because:
3. if you will lost flash area where calibration values stored it will be really not good for phone

1. Flash all 3 parts (MAIN/MAP/LP)
With original downloader: "Keep FFS" option have to be disabled
With other sw: "Erase/clear FFS" or option like this have to be enabled
2. Try to use phone with different SIM cards. It can be problems with STK (depends on SIM card)
3. If Step-1 and Step-2 can't help, then try to find service manual for A100 and check what is wrong with HW.
4. That is all.

before you do any flashing, soldering, etc, do a simple reset, enter code:
*01763*737381#
worked for me when pan restarted with sim. enter code without sim.

yes with out flash i tested withe *01763*737381# it.s working ..... *** work man

i have done 5 phones by removing backup battery .. so you try it ... i think 99 % will solve your problem
