Barred GD87

Here is somthing interesting to Know.
Someone showed me a GD 87 that was Blacklisted but still works on the new 3 network (BT Cellnet) he said he had been using it for over a month with no Problems.
So I tried a GD 87 that was barred and it works, been on for three days now.
So what's going on there then???
Maybe this will also work in other models of Phones please test and post results.
By the way you have to set the network selection to MANUAL it will not work in Auto mode.
Lezzzzzzzz................

simple..... the other networks have not yet got the black listed units information.

once this is done then all will be closed up.

Not so "simple" how are they sharing this Info? Snail mail? it should be an almost instant ban across networks.

as far as i know the global database of a country is done not instantaneously. So a phone that is black listed on a network may work on another for some day, weeks or even months. Once the database is updated from now and then with new grey or black listed phones then more phones are closed up.
