cant seem to unlock this damn g50!!! - GSM-Forum

ive tried all codes for this g50...and all i get is password invalid after typing in each code.....inserted in a sim and still says 'sim mep lock failed'

I Also Got The Same Problem, But In Gd 55
Gd 55 Ithe Imei Starts With 3535...................... Have The Problem
But The Other Imei Starts With 352577................. No Problem
I Think U Have To Flash It, I Didnt Tried Yet, When I Am Done I Let U Know

with gosht 3d flasher/ unlocker

Yea i had the same problems with G50, kept trying the codes until it says "blocked", then it will be unlocked. Someone in this forum was nice enough to give me the code that worked.

type -- star hash 369 hash- and check the firmware version! there are some new versions in g50 specially locked to virgin mobile- which u cannot unlock it via keyboard /imei.... u have to full flash the phone!

i tried once with windmo it flashed good , but when i tried to put the sim

Can be done via keyboard/imei using Online GT server.
