Cant store created SMS on GD67 - GSM-Forum

Hi there!

A red still icon has appeared next to the battery meter, and when I'm trying to create a new message it says, "This message may not be stored".
I have deleted all stored messages on GD67, as panasonic suggests on its manual, but it wont fix!
Any ideas how to fix this, without buying a new mobile phone?

u try please in call sattings there chek user default and do it
after chek u r phone.and other one is u flash u r phone........

sorry, but I cant find where the check user menu is. What do you mean by "flashing my phone"?

try Memory Clear with CB2000

So I have to buy a serial cable for gd67 and then download the cb2000? Do you have a link for that?
Is it worth it, or it's better to return it to the manufacturer?

Memory clearing with Channel Box solved this problem. I tested this. Channel box is downloadable at: http://www.gengheraenga.com

Where is memory clear option in cb2000?
I can't see it

In Cb 2000 --->Data-->Write Handset--->Settings---> Clear memory
This solution help you tested by me.

ok, I have really strange situation

cleared memory with cb2000 (like a lot of panasonics in my sat) and now phone is dead... phone connects perfect again, but withouth cb2000 it won't to start

what could be happened?

I'm thinking about flashing phone
