Hello,

1. Chack is your phone battery fully charged
2. Use cable with external power if possible
3. Chack your COM port settings in computer BIOS
settings - must be standard COM at standard
IO port address.

Best regards,
Ghost3D

Hi,
TnX for the fast reply,i try all this tomorrow and hopefully these sugestions you gave me works because i have a whole workshop full of GD55 and like my partner (GSMLAB) allready told you we have to get rid of them quick.Excuse me for the misunderstanding between us because when decided to buy your program the 2 of us wrote you a mail for info,i was at the shop (you know the name allready) at this time.
TnX again for the excelent support and for the fingerprints, this way we can work a lot faster.
A QUESTION: does the phone(gd55) need 5 volts interfacing or 3.3 volts? cause i think that this might be the problem.
We work with medium speed computers with standard comports and standard configuration and win98 operating system.
Do i need to have installed special DLL's or VB ?
The pinout for the gd55 is TX RX and Ground ,nothing more for flashing no?
TnX and Regards
GSMLAB and Probe
;)
