Flashing a GD52

Does any one at all have any experience of flashing this phone? I killed it after pressing erase flash by mistake. I now have the flash file but can not find anything to flash it with. Well I have programmes but it wont start the flash. Is it permanently dead? Or does anyone know any programme or have any experience with this older model please? Please help as I have been trying to sort this phone out for over a week now!! THANKS!
