Some one please help me unlock Panasonic
GD30 w14 phone.

Flash phone with A09, then unlock as usual
(work 100%)

To week 00-19 you can unlock phone with virtualX program. But once is not enogh. You must push unlock (and NO on the phone) in some cases 25 or 32 times. This works to me. Sometimes you must repair call limits by Zoran program.

I cannot put it in the flash mode?
