GD50 does not connect to channel box - GSM-Forum

I can not connect none of this model and I have tried many of them. I successfully use WinMoDo and Ghost3D softwares but not Channel box. In old post I read that there must be one pin of cable connected to ground in order Channel box to work but my cable has it. Is there any other reason or some hint what exactly to do.
