Post GD90 dead

I have a GD90 B14 which i have tried to downgrade it to B12... But with Ishida, it always stops during the flashing process (about 74%)... always at the same point.
Then, i use perom, the soft by Aikon Team for flashing ATMEL chips... but this one says:
"Error in Byte Program occured
transfering sector address - 188000 H"
It always shows that... and now, i don't know how to do now
Plz help
