Member: 67806 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | GD87 -Serious unlocking problem ! I am desperate for any possible help. I have tried to unlock my Panasonic GD87 mobile after following all instructions posted on this website. My GD87 was a newer version so I first downloaded the version to A22 using Winmodo, and ran the program selecting the neceesary Image/language file etc. The download displayed 100% sucessful, so I pulled out the cable from the phone.(Boot/Main/Language were all selected Green) Now every time I power on the phone, it continously flashes on and off. The only way to turn the thing off is the remove the battery ! I tried running CB2000 to sort out the problem, but think I may have damaged the phone now ??? Can anyone please offer any advice (in simple english) with my phone. Many thanks Panda (This is my first post) |

Member: 15355 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | griffin ok if your a trader but some peps that just want to unlock there own fone and it not worth paying for unlock tools it would be cheaper for him to go down the market and get someone to unlock it why is everyone trying to sell all the time does nobody do anything for free any more.Panda is proberly pissed off enougth that his fone is not working why not give him a brake and give him some inteligent feedback rather than "If you don't have experience in unlocking then why you do it You have only 1 Post" we all had to start someware is that not what this forum is for or is it just for lining the pocket of trader getting paid for others hard work. |

Member: 67806 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | GD87 Unlock Ozy, thanks a lot man for this. I'll have a go trying this 2nite. If no luck, I may have to contact you directly. Aamir_Zia, why all the hostility man. I'm have experience in unlocking Nokia phones, but all this upgrade/downgrade is new to me. Surely one can be able to learn new stuff, isn't that one of the reasons people join & use forums? Unlocking is not my main business, but more of an interest so not worth buying any expensive equipment. |

Member: 67806 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Guys An update on the latest situation, not good unfortunately. Having used CB2000 to reset the Eepprom, this didn't stop my initial problem of the blinking on & off screen. Looking at other similar problems, they have flashed back a newer SW version, so I flashed to A51 using Winmodo. I only selected boot & main in green and left Language in red. Started the process and a message came up about a different model compatability, but I still pressed ok to this. Both the % lines went to 100%, but the final message was "Download Failed". Now I cant even switch the phone on now ! It wont even regsiter with programs such as Crack2D or CB2000 so I cant reset. I think I seriously made it dead now, but I'm not too bothered as I have an exchange in hand under the warranty. Any ideas on whether this has happenned before ??? |

Member: 67806 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | That's also one of the problems, everytime I power on when the signalling message comes up in Winmodo, no response is generated to the PC, i.e it stays on signally no mater how many times & I try to power up the phone using a fully charged battery. |
