GD87 software or hardware problem?!?!


I can't acces data folder, can't save pictures, can't record anythink;
So, the shared memory is dead, I can't acces it.Should I flash it?...or is a hardware problem?!?!?!?

you must flashing for gd87 but not ok ..you repair hardware ..

I tought the same but someone told me if is a hardware problem and I flash it coud get killed, that's why I asked;

there is another problem; my phone software version is A16, and I have only A22,A51,A53,A55; what flash should I try?

Copy picturs from "picture folder" to "receivet folder" from phone menu.
Then use "Edit Tool GD87" and copy your pictures to PC.
"Edit Tool GD87" software browse only "receivet folder".

m8 I can't save any picture, I can't record anythink, so I can't access the memory.
It gives me "Failed" when I try 2 access data folder,picture folder,save pictures, record voice .......That's the problem
