Okay ive tryed every program i think i can find out there and it keeps saying error no communation on one program i know the data cable works cos it reads the Iemi and the prs1 n prs2 then goes to reading simlockdata then says no communation error now its really peeing me off cos it works fine on orange

im on O2 tho dam mobile companys! & Theifs i would not b trying to unlock this one if it was not for a bag head nicking my 8310 grr

if you can read it so far then get errors its more than likely that your phones software is an unsupported version. you have a few options

1. pay someone with correct tools to unlock it (free soft only does earlier versions)
2. pay to do it via a log
3. downgrade the version then unlock it then upgrade to original version again.

it can be easily unlock using griffin crd.

or just follow nadger's advice
