Sorry for inadvertently breaking the rules. I was looking for the unlocking subforum but saw that it was only for members with at least 20 posts. As I had much fewer than that, I assumed (incorrectly?) I can not post in that subforum. My next alternative was to post in a current thread. As the thread was about a day old, I had assumed it was okay. I guess it is not. My apologies again.

panasonic a100 has a new softwear version ? i tried to unlock it as i do normally by typing 5 or 6 the wrong code but this one doens`t unlock and stayed locked to all cards.
has someone the solution for this problem ?

Same problem here. Tried to unlock the A100 by typing **00012*00000000# for 10 times until it is blocked, and even tried **00032*# for 10 times until it is blocked, but it won't work with a different sim than the Vodafone card. It said 'sim card mep lock' when trying with a different sim.

Can someone help me?

Have tried several codes but nothing is working bought the phone last week.

Also the funcion to read the version isn't working if the above mentioned code is right.

you need to flash the phone, search for downloader , after that you can do these code's !
