How to downgrade Gd87 A51 to A21 ? - GSM-Forum

Hi

i need some panasonic master to help
me with this issue ..

i have here one Gd87 A51 ..
customer want our language pack inside it
and only one that exists is for A18 up to A22 ..

so I flashed this baby to A21 ..

and after trying to power on ...
it only Blinks three times ..

so I upgraded it again to A53 ..
and is working now ...

but the question remains ...

how to downgrade ?

maybe I need to do memory reset With CHBox ?
and then flash it ... ?
or ... ?

phone is a brand new one ...
from Vodafone, Germany

What LP you need to insert in phone?

downgrade gd87 to version u need

then erase memory with cb2000

it will run perfectly

That means there are not LP Vietnamese in GD87???!!!

Also if you downgrade to A22 then you can downgrade after that to a lower one!!!

Reason for this is something to do with version A22 having something that is needed by A51,53 etc same with versions lower than a22 not needing what is in this software, this is what it states in panasonic GD87 Service bulletin!!
