does anybody know what program i need
or is there any instruction site that shows how to make
gu87 work on any sim card ? ?

and is there any rist to unlock the phone
like i know flash.. if you fail the flash the phone might be dead..

The only free soultion for the GU87 is one that I would not recommend - it requires downgrading the phone, reading the codes with the cracked unlocker, and then restoring the original firmware. Since reflashing the Panasonic phones is quite a risky undertaking, this could leave you with a dead phone.

The other options are basically to either use remote unlocking, or find someone that has an unlocking clip for these phones. Both of these are likely to cost you money.

If you're in no hurry, it's probably best to wait - the prices generally go down with time, and it's possible that someone will release a free unlocker.

And yes, there is always a risk of damaging the phone whenever you start to tamper with it, but the "read codes" operation on the Gx8x seems safe.
