how to repair call failed in panasonic gd 75


how to repair outgoing & incoming calls failed in panasonic gd 75

i flashed the phone with winmodo 3.0.9

network is good , i changed new battery also

when mobile is on, incoming calls not coming leaving the message that not reacheable , when out going calls, telling call failed.

any soultions please help me

sounds like the handset may be black listed try rebiulding imei with a test one ie a didgit diffrent see if that helps

If this is not a blacklisted set then this problem is from a faulty Power IC change it......

ok ... here it is ...

open phone
take your HotAir SMD Rework station ...
put flux before and
reflow powerIC TWL3012 or 301x
it should help in network problems ...
also in charging&not power-on case

if phone works ...
put simcard, power on phone,
put close to your monitor (in the middle of screen, almost at bottom)
and you should see some horizontal lines going when phone
start registering with network .... or establishing a call (or receiving)
if not ... and phone network still bad ... reflow CPU
(NEVER FLOW in the center of CPU, just around it)
if still nothing ... (no lines moving when net registering)
then change PFO ... Hitachi PF08123 or PF08122
(i think it's the same as on c45 or a50 siemens ... about 4Euro price)

thats all folks.

and converted to B/W
