Find a working phone.

Take out Flash IC - Mitsubishi stack flash + RAM. Readout (i don't know whish programmer device support this - i have ALL11 - not have support ). CUT EEPROM part - this is important! - flash this file back to Flash IC from damaged one. Now you can use WinMoDo and all other tools!

P.S. - full copy or flash replace will not work, because you will have NO security data matched to hardware (you will have semiworked phone - flash test mode will be available, but NO IMEI, ect...)! I still have no solution HOW to repair eeprom info. May be Ghost3D can say, but... i can't

BTW - i'm still in searching for cappable R/W unit here in Bulgaria Some tricks with All11 are useless for now...

@SPUNLOCK

First - thanx for all stuff that you give to all us many times...

Second - i don't think that Mitsubishi make this type flash/RAM ONLY for panasonic phones (but who know!) - mean - there can be other device with same chip but with external boot if i can't find usefull programing device ...

Third - for skilly peoples in GSM programing, like you, is better to think about some trick to load boot in Panasonic empty (dead) boards!!! - this will help and for phones repair - for me unlocking is dead long time ago, and all stuff that i have (only Delok SW for new fizio 62x and 82x i haven't still) is exclusive for after repair process...

Sorry for bad english...
