Angry

Hi, man!
CPU is ARM7TDMI MCU+DSP core, but flash - rare and very interesting - is Mutsubishi's M6MGT641S8TP or M6MGT321S8TP 64Mb+8Mb or 32Mb+8(4)Mb FLash + Ram.
I can't find any info on this flash (sectors structure, command table, device ID etc). If somebody has some datasheets, please say me.

WBR, Vladimir
