Member: 71007 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Thanks for the reply, but this article you sent seems to be about covering pins 4 and 10. Problem is I only have 3 pins from left to right numbers 1,4 and 5.Sorry if I am missing the point but this is all new to me.Can you explain a bit more what you mean? Thanks. |

Member: 71007 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Me again. First can I thank you all for trying to help, but no I've not sorted this out yet.First of all the cable I have is a Panasonic GD92 Cable, it came new in the bag.It only has 3 pins coming out of the connection end.Looking at the the cable with the PAN GD92 writing in front of me I have pins 10,11 and 14,and that's it.When I emailed the guy I bought it from he said thats the way it should be.Is this cable ok to unlock my phone?. Thanks again. |

Member: 15355 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | if only pins 1,4,5,(10,11,14) no the cable will not do, normaly you will have 5 pins 1,5,7,8,14 although 1&14 are ground so one of these could be done away with and used as a common gnd but 7&8(rx/tx) are both needed so if you not got them it wont work.you cable is useing dtr rts and gnd pins so would think this is for data transfer from fone. |
