after enter in test mode, for unlock phone I have this message : phone answer Error ! , some cab tell me what is solution ?

and I don't see G60 on software, what I need chose for unlock this model pls ?

it's ok for G60 with free software, and about X500 it's ok too on win XP, on win 98 don't work.
