i tried to unlock it panaimei and it can unlock security and can't unlock sp-lock ..
so tell me what to use !??!?!?
i tried to connect with chbox450 and it can't read imei ..
help plz

hi mehoz,
tell me first your pana 450 it's blanche etiquette or black ?
if it'is blanche you can not unlock it with panaimei, you can unlock it just with solution eeprom, never try it because i don't know how i can write in eeprom i just can read it !!!!!!!

Hi , Meshoz...

You can only unlock it via EEPROM solution.
Eeprom is 70023B.it is identical 93C86.
