GD55 SIM MEP Lock Failed - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,

I have here a Panasonic GD55 displaying the message "SIM MEP Lock Failed".
Does anybody knows what this means, and how it is solved ?

You have wrong sim in it even sim of same net dont work. I no
vodaphone in england lock card to phone even other voda
card dont work just the one that comes with the phone

If have just unlocked one tonight by flashing with Russian file.
