What does "rehot cpu" mean? (for x60)

My panasonic x60 not goes to TEST MODE (and when Power ON shows Failed & restarting).
I read the solution "rehot cpu": what does it mean?
The pc doesn't see the phone...

rehot=heat up, capable of burning, at high temperature.
cpu=central processing unit (processor)

Before playing with heat...

Try with this easy flasher (flash included). No need to go in test mode, good battery power needed.
Good luck.
