Without updating HWK you cannot use any of it.

So first HWK update is required.

Use HWK Update Client.

C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UpdateClient

I update HWK for UpdateClient 1 box its good work for eny New ver but another box not i use update client and use only first minor work good all new 001-003 update not work for it... and update again not solve thys problem.

Happy that your first box works fine.

You cannot use 2 different boxes in the same computer.

For your second box,

Try to re-install it after Uninstalling all previous versions.

@Odia sais other thred (not for me for other user) "its not auth tool for repair HWK" ... send too reseler.

I think you can try upgrading your UFS firmware again.

May be your problem can be solved.
