Dear Sohail

First of all you shouldn,t post here your Box S/N and HWK ID it should be hidden
And 2nd thing is about your solution

Its nothing my dear friend just wait for 24 hours then try to update your problem would be solved 101 %

You must be read in last line there is clear that No more Upgrade logs. that mean u had try for update one or more update if once Hwk updated in same day it can,t be update again . so you wait and your problem would be solved . if any problem persist
then contact me im always here for you ...

i have the same problem i try it all the week but the problem exist.i was waiting for 2 or 3 days to retry but nothing.any other suggestion?

bro befor chek server status after upgrade hwk, many time looks when any user upgrade hwk show error soket error & cotect your resseler,,
but after some tries whk upgrade success,
here is check server status

and download HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000
install and try upgrade
