i requested unlock code for 6131 and n73 unlock code but they were both wrong. what is the next move

may be key pad couter blocked. read phone infos with mt or jaf.

You have 2 way's
1.) Recheck NCK from suplier
2.) Request RPL file for reset counter

i used the provider and network to get the code from allgsmserver. i got them but no luck. how do i use rpl request to unlock the phones

RPL services all closed to everyone and I mean EVERYONE. Nokia has suspended their server for an indefinite period of time so nobody can do ASK/RPL anymore.
