How to enter unlock code in motorola z9 - GSM-Forum

Hello mates i got this moto z9 from att i got the unlock code the phone starts well with att sim and also without it but when i insert other sim that is not from att the phone freezes in att screen and doesnt allow me to enter the code

any advice

Try this:
When the phone starts to freeze at the sim acknowledgment type C 073887*
This opens up the secret menu to enter NCK

i have z9 freeze when start up with wrong sim, above instructions not working here, any more advice?

Does not work with my Z9 too. There should be another trick for this phone, as in V9

i tried this method but it is not working, it still freezeon at&t

I read somewhere phone need to flash with special motorola factory box and then the correct code can be entered again.

ATRIXJ this code works with V9 but not Z9 ,., please get us some code whereby we can insert codes

Is the motorola Z9 even supported as I dont see it in the drop down list. I have from AT&T USA and need 16 digit codes. Need to know before submitting.
