They are for when we change prices so we can do it faster.
Without this, we have to change it for each model in the list and that takes a long time. With this feature we change the prices immediately there, then in the client.

it run for operator suspended???

No sir, they don't work for suspended operators.
This is just an internal update in the client to help us offer you the latest prices as soon as possible, it doesn't have any new features or options, it's just a way to allow us to change the prices very fast.
