i have a problem

Yestearday arrived my toranado infrared station .. conect to 110V , power on just 10 min and broken... no hot

Problem:
On few handel units, the Power supply unit is working ok, but the Handel is NOT HEATING

Solution:
So - the small problem is now identified: On few pieces, INSIDE THE HANDEL, 1 of the 2 connectors that connects the wires from the Heating element to the siliconic-cable was not crimped well. Jost use a crimp tool to fix that and all will be ok.

However, before you open the handel, please ask your reseller if he allows it, or he repair it for you, so you don't void the warranty.
