I FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTION AND I FORMATED MY SYSTEM FIRST I INSTALLED SCOUT BUT PROBLEM IS SAME. WHAT I HAVETODO
THIS IS WORKING ANOTHER COMPUTER. I AM LOGIN AS A ADMINISTARTOR
ANY MASTER OR SUPPORTER HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM NOT ONLY ME
THIS PROBLEM HAVE SO MANY GUYS

SCout 1.32. Flashing "W397v,W388,W396" on "USB" with firmware (3) "C:\Documents and Settings\vanaja\Desktop\w388 sw\W 388 SW 2\w388\FLEX_W388_AN_00O.mot"...
Connect phone with a battery at least 40% full of charge...
Device driver setup...
Driver installation failed, error code: -536870655

Please tell us what phone model, exactly, are you trying to connect.
Also, please tell us What operation system are you using and provide us with full phone specification.

windows xp professional 2000, motrolla w388.
same operating system. same dongle. same mobile, same cable working with another system. it working in another system. why i cannot able to connect. in my pc
