Update Scout to version 2.03 and flash the phone, because your version (2.02) doesn't support flashing of this model.

Use this file from Scout downloads.

already tried all this flahs geito low, but could not baixala. which shall have a auguem totor to post in Portuguese?

trigo1, here is the flashing manual for the MTK phones. Just follow it and everything will go smoothly. And don't forget to use the latest version of Scout.
