Ex212 flash error - GSM-Forum

Hi, I tried flash ex212 with 2.03 Scout version and file for support, and this error appear:
QUARTZ_G_05.27.01RPD_FLEX_QUARTZ_05_00_006_USBUART 111.sfl
Transfer loader...
Flash library error 21 (0x13AB S_DLIST_BBCHIP_HW_VER_NOT_MATCHED).-
Help me please.-

hi, can u plz tell me how to put ex212 in flash mode, i m trting to flash it but pc can't detected

upper right key(with a dot, behind red key), hold and put usb cable...try it..

@ paulorotta,

What is wrong with your phone?
Why are you trying to flash it?
Also, please sign what firmware version does it has at the moment.
