EX223 Can't flash ! - GSM-Forum

Hi ! I have a Motorola EX223 but I can't flash the phone. I need to flash becouse only have Chinesse and English lang. I download the firmware from the support, conect the phone (press volumen - and conect micro usb cable), the program recognize the phone and start the flashing process , finished all well but still have the same software, and the same lang pack.

Please support ..

Any idea?

What im doing wrong?

Ok new info... Im doing the right procedure , but I NEED SPANISH LANG...

In boot-loader , in scout secction there is only 3 files, and I tried to flash them but with all of them only have chinesse and english lang.

Any idea?

Plaese support I need an answer..
