Arrow Help v.2.11


Help, I had installed version 2.10 and download the 2.11, but now when you open the program I get a window "error bliblioteca flashes", how I can solve this problem? and install several different versions from 2.0 and still the same problem, please help

In order to solve issue you're dealing with perform following operations:
  1. Uninstall SCout flasher
  2. Manually delete SCout file folder from your PC (x:\Program Files\GsmServer\)
  3. Install SCout flasher once again
  4. Issue you're dealing with suppose to be solved.
