Member: 239548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,787 | One of the possible reasons is that Scout wasn't able to fully detect the phone. Can you wait until phone gets fully detected and show the screen-shot? |

What is the phone state at the moment ? 3. Did you wait till SCout software will fully detect your phone ? 4. Try to read phone info and give to us full operational log. After some process system shows "usb not recognige,unknown device....." Present mobile is on. |
