MB525 dead, how retrieve to live?


Hello! Few days ago my friend give me MB525 to repair bcause phone died. After connet to cable- we can see only S-Flash OMAP3630
I was try to flash it with many versions- always dead. So, I tought it's hardware problm and get i back to friend.
Today I get another dead MB525 after firmware downgrade. Customer can't tell me what firmware was before flashing, but like last time I was try to flash with many firmwares- always dead
Is there any gold way to repair moto phones?

The main goal in repairing Moto sets is flashing with the correct firmware version.
Due to this reason it is always required to check what firmware version the phone has before performing any operation to it.
For about this case:
  1. What information is signed at the sticker under the battery of the phone?
  2. Does the phone has any operator logo at the cover?
  3. Try to get as much info as possible from your customer

He can't tell me anything. There is no logo. Phone have standard lens (not green). Which info You need from sticker?
