motorola a1200 flash mode help


i tried all instructions and change different firmware but after all still on mbm flash mode, even pds repair what else i can do to solve this problem plz

What initially had happened to this phone so it got to such state?
What firmware version it originally had and what flash files did you use for the flashing purposes?

i dont know what happened customer brought it like this as for software i tried every file on site for a1200.
these phone i can say this is third one with same problem i have been receiving and all failed to go out of flash mode thats why this one i want to try every possible to repair plz help.

as i said phone is on mbm flash mode writing:BOOT_G_00.02.12R_ HAINAN. i have tried different firmware different a1200 model files but still no change even pds repair
