For most of Android based phone models main reason for such an issue appears because phones is getting flashed with wrong firmware versions.
Unfortunately, for this case original firmware version is "unknown" as it wasn't checked before flashing. In case if initial phone's firmware version wasn't checked before flashing handset, it is getting quite hard to revive phone.

What is current phone state and what firmware versions exactly did you use for the flashing purposes?

now i have done flashing with each n every file in support area

n the set is in same condition bootloader usb init.

now u want to know about phone status that now set is stuck on bootloader usb init.

If you flash the phone with the same or higher fw version, it don't die.
In most cases Motorola Androids die due to flashing with wrong flash files.
Try making hard reset after flashing.
