Dear Team.

I read the how to identify android firmwear in boot loader but I confused to get correct flash file to flash my set.Its stuck on Motorola logo mostly

My set software version TNBST_4_05.28.0CRPS
FLEX IRD_TELECOMNZ_V11.0516_FLEXTNBST

ABOVE SOFTWARE VERSION CANT FIND IN BOOTLOADER THEREFORE INFORM WHICH ONE IS MOST SUITABLE TO GET FROM BOOTLOADER TO FLASH HAND SET.

First of all try to Factory reset your phone and post results here.

Dear Team,

Your correct after factory reset it will ok for 10-15 days but after same thing happens.
