need suggestion about MB860 - GSM-Forum

I receive a Motorola MB860 for country lock.

I buy the code from supplier.
But when client bring the phone then i see
Phone recommend a MOTOBLur account.
I am trying to Hard Reset the phone But failure.

So now i think i have to flash the phone.
But i am confused about which firmware is right for it.
Scout manual is see the back part of the BATTERY.

I dont Understand. i put here the image of Back part.
Please suggest me which firmware i have to choice to
flash the phone.

Here is the flashing manual. Connect the phone to Scout and show the detected information.
