No devices found - GSM-Forum

Hi,
i have purchased scout dongle and iam new user.I could not use this software as it always gives error device not found in boot loader download manager.
installed bootloader download manager and sign in with my username and password which i have registerd on the support,but it always gives me devices not found.In device manager it shows "e-gate usb smart cards"
Does it require any other drivers to connect to pc as i want to register my device and start using scout.

pls help me out.

@ sajidmirza,

Please ensure that all other software are closed and run Boot-Loader Download Manager once again.

Sent pm about dongle to you sir pls chk.
I have closed all the softwares and restarted the downloader manager but it gives me same error,changed pc also.

pls look into it sir.

I contacted the reseller and he advised me to download updater and update the dongle and i did the same.Now the dongle is registered but when i try to check device status it gives error

www.boot-loader.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate has expired.
The certificate will not be valid until 12/25/2011 1:05 PM.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate)

cant download flash files at all.searched the forum got one video related to same problem but video doesn't open it says private video.

pls help me out.

@ sajidmirza,

Have just loggid in, everything is working correctly.
If you receives Certificate expired message, just confirm that you want to enter web site.

Ok i have logged in from my firefox browser and downloaded handler file and the downloaded the flash files from BLDM for MB860.but i cant login from download manager,any how i managed to get files.
Sir i have got the MB860 with restart problem.It is the gulf version bcoz there is arabic firmware inside but i cant see the firmware inside as restart immediately, so i downloded some files from support and flashed it to fone with no success.

1).OLYEM_U4_4.8.0_SIGNED_USAOLYEMMEARET_P013_A004_ M001_HWolympus_1g_Service1FF.pcf
2).1FF-olympus-user-2.3.6-4.5.141-111212-release-keys-signed-ATT-US-GAS_NA_OLPSGBATTSPE_P012.pcf
3).1ff-olympus_emara-user-2.3.4-4.5.2a-74_ole-31-release-keys-signed-meretail-06.sbf

when i flas with the .sbf file it is not even booting just giving error cant boot 4

pls help me out.
