Scout Dongle Trouble - GSM-Forum

I bought my Scout Dongle few days ago.

I installed the drivers, ("i use XP windows version") and then i restarted the PC.
The instructions says that i need to install updater first but when i did it, and started the program the updater said that can't recognize the dongle.
[ 30/07/2013 17:14:39 ] Cannot find any valid SCout dongle

*I dont have the S Card.
*I dont have smart clip box.
*I dont have any box.
*

Please, someone help me with my problem. Thanks.

This message informs that the SCout dongle could not be found by updater.
PM me please serial number of your dongle and a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

help mee psl sir when i trying to apdate my scout dongle getting error message like `scout dongle not identified` my dongle serial is ***************, eny solution??
