Scout update problem


I have news to update Scout , and I downloaded all need files : SCout 1.40 setup.exe, SCout_Updater_1.06.exe , and I install them all

But when I open SCout updater , there's a prolem here :

- Please update client software
- [ 7/5/2011 11:10:00 AM ] Unacceptable operation. Please connect an appropriate smart card or switch to different update client.



Anybody can help me solve this problem ?

update problem

Hi I brought used Scout Dongle.
Owner said he lost password his email.
Told me register to new account.
But Scout software informs that this dongle is busy by another owner.
How can i solve this?
