We need service functions not flashing only! - GSM-Forum

As everyone knows rsdlite can flash any motorola,flashing is not a problem but service(unlock,phone code,reset,imei...) is what we need

SCout was developed for the flashing purposes, only.
Other features are not envisaged for SCout flasher.
Main SCout Advantages:

One easy to use flasher for many different platforms
No need to update different flashers to flash different phone models
Flash file database contains more then 1Tb of compressed flash files for the great range of different phone models/platforms

For other features like: Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair PDS etc. We have Smart-Clip box.
More detailed information on Smart-Clip project available at the official web site.
