HI support there is a system to force download mode for this model Wx308 as this continue to restart and pc not detect it.

Are you sure that phone have problem with firmware ?

Yes sure 1 month ago i repair another whit same problem restart continue on logo i remember that i press something to force him to recognise by pc, now i try volume down, the two soft keys, 2+5, * only # only and togheter nothing.
