Wx345

I have just flash a WX345 with the flash file from support, but the device is now stuck at the Motorola logo. I try to reflash it but it gives me this error.
"Flash library error 21"

Have any one has this issue and how do you solve it

@ engakiem,

Post here log file from the flashing operation, please.
It would spread some light at an issue you're dealing with.

Also, please sign what firmware version you've used for the flashing purposes and what firmware version phone initially had.

Best Regards
GSMServer team
