First of all update Scout to the latest version.
Then try to connect this phone in normal mode. You must know original firmware version before flashing.

@ Bruno Rafael,

First of all need to check what firmware version the phone/device has before performing any operation to it.
Then after original firmware version is known you can select what flash file to be used.

Best Regards

@ Bruno Rafael,

Do you know what had happened to the phone so it getting restart in the logo?

In most cases such issues can be resolved with the Master Reset/Wipe Data operations. But in some cases users are trying to update/flash some non-official firmware versions and it becomes almost impossible to restore phone to it's initial state without knowledge of what exactly had happened to the set.

Best Regards

The phone was working normally, and the client was using the internet of him, and suddenly he was hung up and tried restarting .... he did not apply any firmware that .. I'm waiting for your reply in order to apply the correct firmware and not permanently damage the phone not because there is currently no box to make repair or boot via test point in these model android!

@ Bruno Rafael,

Did you try to perform Master Reset operation already?
If no, perform following steps:
Hard reset through button combination:
  • Turn the power off, remove the battery out and put it back again.
  • Press and hold the Power and Camera buttons
  • When a message appears, release the Camera button
  • Press and hold the Volume Down key
  • Then it display a yellow exclamation mark
  • Select Factory Reset and press OK
Just wait until the reset process completed, the Motorola SPICE XT300 will then reboot.
And then it will restore back to its original factory default settings again.

After that post results here.

Best Regards

So you say that the phone was bricked and you tried to revive it.

As far as I can see, you live in Brazil.
I would use this version: SESLA_U3_01.72.0 - this version if for Brazil region, it isn't locked and without operator customizations. This is the latest version available for Brazilian XT300.

These versions SESGC_U3_00.35.0, SESGC_U3_10.10.0 are for Chinese market.
