Without a log we can't see what was the original version of the phone.

If you have bricked phone in your hands and want to revive it, you must be a 100 percent sure about it's version. Because flashing the phone with wrong file may cause software brick. That's the behavior of Motorola devices.

maurohial, Most likely that this phone was flashed with the wrong firmware version. Do you have a log? Scout warns you if you trying to downgrade firmware version which is very helpful sometimes.
How is the phone detected in the device manager?
Try pressing Vol- or Vol+ and power on simultaneously.

@ maurohial,

Flashing with the correct flash file can not harm set.
One of possible reasons for such issue to appear could be that the phone was flashed with wrong/lower firmware version.
Please post here log file from the flashing operation, it would spread some light at this case.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

Make hard reset.
Motorola Spice XT300 Hard Reset:
- Take the battery out and insert it again.
- Press and hold letter X key .
- Press power key till you see logo.
- Keep pressing X key till you see white triangle with exclamation mark.
- Press Alt and L key will bring up recovery menu.
- Select wipe data/factory reset by using volume key
- Press enter key to start.
- Last step select Reboot system now.

I try many times, but cant enter in recovery menu.
Pressing X key, phone only show Motorola logo.
I can enter in downlod mode, in fast boot menu, but not in recovery.
