362 flash in bootstrap mode - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to flash 362 and i get:

CLA info: 14-02022471-1F???
Writing data timeout at 10000000
Operation aborted

what to do?

You need read support docs about Philips first.

This can heppens in the case of bad cable. also try to change speed.

Don't work, how cable could be wrong if read info?

Easy if you cable have bad contacts/
