I Have A C552x Set Off When On With Sim-with Out Sim No Problem- So I Know Its Software Problem-can I Expect C552x Flashing In Multibox ?

No need to ask - just run Alcatel software and you will not see this model in list - that mean we don't support this model. Also you can check http://www.multi-box.net/phonemodels.php this link - no any info about this model.
